The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend it! It's conveniently located, with a subway station within a ten-minute walk. The Chunxiu Road roasted chicken downstairs is great, and the Peking duck across the street is also fantastic.

The check-in experience was excellent, and the staff were very polite. I stayed for 2 nights, and during my stay, a staff member brought some refreshments to my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The environment was also very comfortable.

My impression on Holiday Inn express changed after staying here . A four star hotel that offers six star service quality . Larger room with high value for money at this location . Slightly far (1 to 1.3km) to train station but manageable . Very near to main attraction points and the opposite roasted duck restaurant is really good !
I encountered internet connection issue. Despite the staff did not manage to solve it immediately but they did the follow up until next day. Never recovered they will take it that seriously . Sales personnel Lisa was helpful, the housekeeping lady serving my floor is really fantastic.
The small gesture - cookies and welcoming drink made the service more personalized . Definitely recommend Holiday Inn after this experience
Breakfast variety is good and it is really yummy ! I ate roasted sweet potato the most ! The red dates soy bean milk is really good!

Great location, centrally located! Easy to grab Didi. The room is clean but looks quite dated! It needs a little sprucing n updated! Laundry room is also old, machine r coin operated which is a let down cos many newer hotels r already providing free usage of brand new auto detergent dispensing machines! A really great tasting Peking duck restaurant is located just opposite. Also very near to Raffles City mall n Sanlitun Taikoo.

The room was clean and very quiet, with a good number of European guests. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The surrounding area is very convenient, with subway stations not far away, and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's also close to the Daoxiangcun No. 0 store, perfect for buying souvenirs and freshly made pastries, which is different from other branches. I couldn't find a hotel photo, so here's a picture of the pastries instead. Holidays are definitely my first choice for travel!

Hotel room small, furniture old and front desk staff need to improve their service. Not coming back to stay service is 👎🏻.. I travel to many countries notice holiday inn express 👎🏻👎🏻. I always stay Hampton service much better..
