I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The staff was excellent throughout my stay — always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. I also really appreciated the hotel restaurant, where I enjoyed several meals during my stay. The food was absolutely delicious and very convenient after a busy day. The location is also perfect, with two metro stations and a train station nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around Beijing and explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a fantastic location made my experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel itself was very clean and decent. We were expecting coffee in our room, but you have to go downstairs to a coffee machine or get your own coffee sachets and milk. If travelling as a family with children or require a wheelchair note that there are no lifts. The courtyard was lovely to relax in the afternoon and the buffet breakfast hit the spot. Wonderful place to stay. Our room was lovely and clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. Excellent front desk staff who do their best to help with everything. No matter the language (from what we observed). The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Fabulous location. We Cycled EVERYWHERE!!! New Zealand.

The room is clean and nice, bed is very confortable. It is a bit hidden and takes 10 to 15min walk from closest subway.

The plus point of this hotel is it is centrally located quite close to beijing central railway station and zhang an metro station, the room and the toilet was very small for a three member stay, the breakfast was very satisfying and there was free coffee and juice from 10:00 am to 10:00pm, which was also a plus point, the room was cleaned everyday during our 5 day stay there. Over all a nice and comfortable hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, a little small but manageable and comfortable. The location was perfect and convenient. Breakfast was good with many choices, hipe they will serve halal or no pork but the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accessible to tourist spot and excellent service!

Good option to take a look at Beijing. Easy to get from airport by bus. Good breakfast. Nice staff on reception. Will return some day

Pro Location is King: It’s a 5-minute walk from Beijing Railway Station. If you’re catching an early train, this is a lifesaver. Vibe: It’s an old courtyard house (former home of Edgar Snow). It feels authentic and "Old Beijing" rather than a sterile corporate box. Price: Very hard to beat for this part of the city. You get a lot of character for a budget price. Quiet: Even though it’s near the station, the courtyard setting keeps the street noise out. Cons Tight Squeeze: The rooms are not too big. If you're traveling with huge suitcases, you’ll be playing Tetris to move around. Finding It: It’s in a hutong. It’s charming, but your first time finding it with bags can be a bit of a hunt. Basic Bathrooms: They’re clean and functional, but don’t expect a spa-like setup. The Bottom Line It’s perfect for backpackers or solo travelers who want a cool, historic home base in Beijing
