Extremely satisfied! The service was excellent, and the room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The best part is its incredibly close proximity to the subway station, which is a lifesaver for tourists! Plus, it's also very near Sanlitun. This hotel is really close to the subway station, which is quite convenient for getting to various attractions (since it's Beijing, anything under an hour's commute is considered close!). The daily cleaning only involves making the bed and changing the trash bags. The soundproofing in the room is a bit poor; I could hear people closing doors across the hall, conversations in the corridor, and even the sound of water running in the next room. The room was very spacious and roomy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the housekeeping service was excellent, tidying up my room thoughtfully every day. I also had medication that needed refrigeration, and they kindly provided it from the fridge both morning and evening, which I really appreciated. When the room wasn't suitable, the manager patiently helped me switch to another one. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!
