Hanting Hotel (Beijing Taoranting) Reviews

We (me and two teenage children) stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Taoranting Metro Station and 3 minutes from the beautiful Taoranting Park. The city center can be reached by bus or metro. The staff is friendly and always helped me. The room is clean and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast is of good quality. There are plenty of dishes to get enough of, and the people of Europe can find dishes suitable for them. We had the opportunity to take bottels of drinking water without restrictions. There are several washing machines. Thank you very much for our comfortable stay!

Room was quiet and size was good, Breakfast traditional chinese but many options, also vegetarian. Location is alright. Staff was helpful in setting up didi app in my phone for taxi. Their English is limited.

Great little hotel, very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was good, the free guest laundry was a bonus and we love the location - a few minutes walk from delightful Taoranting park, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to subway.

Sadly I have to say that I’m not satisfied with the service of this hotel. I arrived in the morning, and was stuck in the lobby for hours during the check in process due to an unnecessary document they asked. The receptionist didn’t even try to help on solving the problem and I have to leave the hotel without being able to refund my money. I went to another hotel nearby and got a room fast without a long complicated proccess and unnecessary documents. I hope the hotel will inform customers about documents we need to prepare in advance, so that none of other customer will have this kinda experience.

Facilities: Complete and very comfortable. The front desk will ask if you need disposable items. Hygiene: Very good hygiene, clean floor, convenient facilities. Environment: Quiet, comfortable, Hanting is very cost-effective.

Stayed here for one night for a dance drama. Overall, it was good. There is an independent parking lot and the room is quite large. It is within the second ring road. The 23-square-meter room is about 600 yuan, which is really suitable for this season. Breakfast is not included. I just wanted to try the sugar-coated cakes from the black kiln factory. It is only 50 meters away. I also visited Taoranting and entered the north gate of the park 300 meters away. It is a good choice.

The front desk service is good, the environment is average, it doesn't feel that new. The cleaning lady's service is good, in short, the experience is not bad, I would recommend it to friends

This Hanting is so much worse than the Hanting Sanyuanqiao Embassy Hotel I stayed at before. It doesn't look like a brand store at all. It's 1 km away from the subway station, which is inconvenient. The key is two speechless points: the shower door is marked "push", but it can't be pushed open at all, you can only "pull", but it can only be opened a crack and then stuck in the toilet, and it can't be pulled open at all. You can imagine how people can twist to take a shower! In addition, the toilet paper next to the toilet is actually "hidden" under the countertop. You have to bend down and turn your face sideways to see it, and then you can get it! This design is also amazing!

The room was very clean, odorless, and fully equipped. The most heartwarming thing was the ladies and brothers at the hotel front desk, who were very friendly and responsible. I drank the chrysanthemum tea and barley tea brewed by the front desk several times. In the hot summer, I really felt at home.

Location: The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for travel, very close to Taoranting Station on Metro Line 4, with many places to eat around and easy access to attractions.
