the hotel is clean and professional. i have stayed times here. from the moment i arrived I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist ( engish name Fiona). she was helpful and said welcome back. iI feel its 5 star customer service!

Really good experience. Hotel is new and really clean. We got a free room upgrade and they even let us enter the room at 9am (normally 2PM). Staff was helpful and nice:)

XS came to Beijing for a court hearing. This hotel is the closest hotel to the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme Court. The front desk service was very good and upgraded my room.
