I have stayed in Henan Building many times, and the service level and quality of the hotel staff are getting higher and higher. When I entered the lobby, the concierge helped me open the car door and take the suitcase with standardized gestures. The lobby was still a familiar environment. The staff warmly and politely guided me to the front desk to check in. There was also a small episode. When I was about to pay the deposit as before, the waiter told me that the hotel had implemented a policy of no deposit and no room inspection when checking out. I was very surprised.
