We stayed at the Universal Studios Hotel on my child's birthday. It was absolutely fantastic! The hotel decorated the room with balloons and even gave us a Minion cake. Personally, I think the Universal Studios Hotel is much better for photos than the NUO Hotel, even though many recommend NUO for better rooms. But I was already quite happy with the room at Universal Studios Hotel – it was very spacious and clean. The best part is that you can enter the park directly from the hotel. I truly believe that with kids, proximity is key. Being able to enter the park early in the morning means an extra 10 minutes of sleep, which is incredibly important! I will definitely choose Universal Studios Hotel again next time.

Staying here for early park admission to Universal Studios is key! The room was clean, comfortable, and we had a view of the blue globe from the window. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Universal Hotel while visiting Universal Studios. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us birthday gifts after learning it was our child's July birthday – truly thoughtful! After entering the park, my child wore a birthday badge, and staff members constantly wished them a happy birthday, making them feel so special. The Hardemon restaurant even served a complimentary bowl of longevity noodles. The Universal Studios Grand Hotel is conveniently located right next to the park, making it super easy when traveling with kids!

Highly recommend Universal Studios Grand Hotel if you're visiting Universal Studios with kids. The biggest perk is its unbeatable proximity to the park; you can walk directly to the entrance, and guests get early access, giving you more time to explore. Traveling with little ones can be exhausting, so being able to pop back to the hotel for a rest anytime without a long commute is a huge plus. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. It's a great value-for-money option for families!

The room was fantastic, clean, and tidy, offering views of the park grounds, including Hollywood Boulevard and the Jurassic Park waterfall. Our butler, Xiao Meng, provided excellent service. She proactively contacted us in advance and even helped us check in early when she learned we were arriving ahead of schedule – truly exceptional. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Ctrip's hotel booking service was also great.

Facilities: Quite new. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Great resort vibe. Service: It's worth mentioning that on the first day, the staff at the hotel's private entrance were all smiling and greeted guests with 'welcome back,' which made a fantastic and friendly impression, providing immense emotional value. However, on the second day, whether entering or leaving the park, I didn't see any smiling staff or receive any greetings, which felt like a significant drop-off and was a bit disappointing. It started off great but didn't end well.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Universal Studios. The Minion-themed rooms offer a dedicated check-in lane, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (much better than the hotel next door!). It's super convenient for families with kids, as the park entrance is right downstairs.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The breakfast buffet was also good, with Minion characters interacting with the kids, which they loved. The Minion cartoons playing in the hotel lobby were a huge hit with the children. The biggest advantage of staying at a hotel in the park is being able to enter an hour earlier and return to your room at any time to rest.

The bed was very soft, though the pillows were a bit firm. I was happy to get a room with Jurassic-themed decor. I do wish the staff would smile more; they seemed a bit cold, even though the service itself was quite efficient. I recommend staying here. You can get in early the next day to hit some popular rides, and then use your Express Pass for a second go-around.

The hotel's location is superb; it's our go-to whenever we visit Universal Studios. Getting in an hour early means we can hit three zones before the main crowds arrive. Plus, you can even snap a photo with the Minions in the restaurant!

This place is a dream! It has direct access to the park and, of course, early entry. Everything is very beautiful and clean, with plenty of staff everywhere, always willing to help. They will keep your luggage for as long as you need. We had the Kung Fu Panda themed room and it was gorgeous—the decoration was full of details, with a welcome gift, Panda bathrobes... We absolutely loved this hotel. Thank you!!

This stay was a really bad experience. The lobby was packed when I arrived. I got there a little after 1 PM and was told there were no rooms available until 4 PM, otherwise I could take a room on the second floor. The music from the city street was really loud at night, and then it was noisy again early in the morning. Since I didn't want to wait and had no other choice, I took a second-floor room, and it was indeed very loud. It's completely unreasonable that the room wasn't ready until 4 PM, but check-out is at 11 AM! The hotel also provided some rotten bananas. My child ate about two-thirds of one before we realized it was bad, and now they have a bit of an upset stomach.

The rooms were clean, bright, and tidy, and the service was excellent! Our two rooms were even arranged to be connecting, which was super convenient for traveling with kids! We could also order room service for breakfast, so we just ate and headed straight to the park – very convenient!
