設施：設施很齊全，一樓還有一個小型健身房
衞生：很乾凈，每天都打掃更換毛巾什麼的
環境：環境很好，離地鐵站也不算遠，靠近馬路，但隔音不錯
服務：服務態度非常好，反饋過一次床頭開關燈光問題，無法解決贈送了蒸汽眼罩

客户表示沒有很滿意，主要有兩個方面，第一是酒店設施問題，很多房間是無窗的，我預訂的有窗，但條件不太好，第二是價格還挺貴，同等價格這個就不划算了。

一進大堂裏就聞到了淡淡的香味，到前台辦入住的時候前台夏煜 葉琦 喬俊 顧顏兮很熱情的向我們打了招呼而且第一時間倒上一杯熱的茶水，貼心的為我們服務，辦完入住貼心的幫我們把行李放到房間裏，進入房間後，房間非常整潔乾淨，第二天早上去吃早餐非常豐盛，離店時又貼心的給我們拿了熱的礦泉水
