Towels color were extremely yellow and old. Toilet smell was awful. When i turn on the AC, it also produces some smells. It were not really pleasant.
Front desk lady was so angry for no reason. I didn’t understand why.

Room smells horrible , located near subway good location only weak point is too bad smell as toilet

Ok. good price. In local neighbourhood, 15 walk to the nearest underground station . Nice staff . No breakfast .

Very clean and well maintained room with all the standard amenities. 10mins walk to YongAnLi subway station on Line 1 makes it convenient to travel around.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The following points sum up my review:
1- one of the staff members was very rude to me upon my arrival.
2- no slippers were provided in my room.
3- the bottle of the body wash was literally empty.
4- the hand-washing bottle had about 20% of the liquid inside and it seemed to me they didn’t even bother filling it up.
5- one of the towels had a big black spot on it.
Overall, I will not book them again.

We will strengthen ward rounds to prevent such things from happening; er, our shower gel and shampoo are all disposable, not filled, there is no way to replenish them while using them, we can only replenish new ones when they are used up, of course It is also impossible to refill the bottle after it is completely empty. I want to say sorry to you and hope you can understand. Three: We change the towels in the room every guest and clean them every time. For guest use, if you find any stains during use, we will help you replace them in time! We will also check in time for timely updates. welcome next time!

Room has a very bad smell from toilet, even all the time bathroom door closed cant decrease the smell. Very unpleasant
