Not the best place for the year 2024 as road construction undergoing write near the hotel. Breakfast was not of the 5-star level at all

Hotel is very nice. Staff at hotel is great. The rooms are updated and spacious. There is no longer a spa. The pool area is run by a separate vendor and is an absolute mess. The pool itself is mostly community swimming lessons and full. The locker room is absolutely disgusting. The pool area staff are angry, miserable people and it really detracts from an otherwise nice place.

Never ever trust their building looking good from outside. I had stay in so many 5 stars as well as 3-4 stars, this hotel is given me a very hard time. Not friendly, the rooms mattress are so bad quality. On a king bed what they do, put two single bed mattress to make it a king bed 🤬😡 Never ever waste your money their. Go to some cheap hotel it’s will be better from Wyndham changping Beijing

The hotel room was nice and clean and exactly what you would expect from the Wyndham chain. The plate of fruit for arrival was really a really nice touch

The hotel is by the Beijing- Tibet highway, on the way from central Beijing to The Great Wall and Ming Tombs, it is quite convenient by car. It is about 20 mins walking from the nearest subway station 生命科学园站with luggage, so It takes some effects to get to the hotel on foot from the subway station. The service at the hotel is excellent. Every staff is very professional, efficient and ready to help, especially Summer Li. She not only checked me in, but also directed me all the way to my room. Since I don’t have taxi hailing APP, she helped me with calling a taxi every time I need one. Thank you Summer!

The Wyndham hotel was grand on entry as were many of the communal areas. Our room was of a good size with all the amenities, however, some of the furniture in our room was tired or needed attention, such as extra cleaning, dusting, windows needed addition wiping down and carpets also soft furniture would have benefitted from shampooing (as did the carpets in the dining and some communal areas). On occasions there was a distinct smell of smoke, near the air conditioning units also on towels, we were assured this was a non-smoking hotel. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice (Chinese and European dishes and beverages were available) and the presentation of this was creative. We also ate at the adjacent Ramada Restaurant on a couple of occasions, the environment was pleasant and food were nicely presented and tasty. In the Wyndham Hotel there were lots of facilities and amenities such as a gym, hairdressing, swimming pool, well-being centre and grounds to explore (some needed to be paid for). There was visible cleaning and up keeping going on around the hotel and it grounds. While not many staff spoke English all members of staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Members of staff who deserve recognition are: Steven W, Aurora L, Scott G, Emily L and, Bella W. Steven W, booked us into the hotel room, from the onset he was polite, helpful and remained professional throughout our stay. Steven advised us on a number of issues, Wi-fi, the hotel’s facilities, travel, local amenities and organised our taxis. No issue was a problem, of particular note was when our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay a few more days, he extended our stay duration in a calm and swift manner while we were somewhat agitated. Emily L, was friendly, polite, efficient and resourceful. Emily cleaned our room to script and kept it tidy, neat and replenished used items, she was quick to resolve problems, such as the lighting, faulty curtain rails and other issues. Scott G, offered additional advice and guidance on room booking and reservations. It was Steven W, who referred us to Scott. Aurora L, solved our internet access and, accommodation issues. Bella W, was particularly helpful and resourceful in organising our taxi to the airport when the taxi firm at the last minute decided not accept cash. Overall, the Wyndham Hotel North Beijing was a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again! Yvonne / UK

I lived there for 5 days and felt great. Very nice and clean room. The hotel service people are always nice, polite and friendly making my stay wonderful. I would mention that room service lady Shen Liyun earns her 5 stars value for her attitude towards guests!

Good service. Good location

There was hair strands on the linen and carpet. The bathroom is not modern. Most of the staff is generally not very friendly to foreigners, but the greeter at the main door was friendly and welcoming. Helen, front desk manager was also quite lenient and helpful… The breakfast has limited choices for a western buffet. The dinner wasn’t good at all.

The hotel lobby is gorgeous and elegant, the room design is fresh and pleasant, the smart-operated facilities are delightful, the bath, shower, toilet, and clothes rack are elegant and unique in shape, and they are all independent compartments without interfering with each other. After the sliding door is opened, the room is transparent and bright, the bedding is clean and tidy, the sofa chairs are comfortable, and other necessary supplies are also available. The swimming pool and fitness are very convenient. The hotel has Chinese and Western food, and the lobby is equipped with various teas. In short, it is a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

It is really a hotel with good service and environment. There is a shopping mall nearby. The front desk lady Guli is really enthusiastic. When I checked in, I felt very friendly. I hope Guli will help me check in next time if I have a chance. The hotel is also very quiet, suitable for all companions with light sleep. Highly recommended

The room is very good, with two bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. It is very suitable for a few friends to get together and have fun. The refrigerator, induction cooker and even refrigerator are all available. The hotel facilities are very complete, including gym, swimming pool, Chinese and Western restaurant and Starbucks coffee. You can eat when you are tired. Needless to say, the service is polite and responsive at the front desk. I think the hygiene is very good and clean. There are two universities across the road. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Heshenghui and a 5-minute taxi ride away. It is very convenient.
