Close to Shuiguan Gate Great Wall with no queues! Very local and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. It felt like the owner has professional hotel operational experience, as the overall service standard was comparable to a five-star hotel. Every detail was thoughtful, from proactively suggesting sightseeing routes and preparing essentials, to responding promptly to any needs. The restaurants recommended on their official WeChat account were all delicious! The room design was authentically Wabi-sabi, simple yet elegant, with tasteful soft furnishings. It was quiet and healing. The public area, which also serves as a cafe, offers a fantastic view. The environment is tranquil, far from the city's hustle and bustle. Plus, there are four adorable corgis! If you see them, be sure to say hello (Conan, Ran... haha, and I forgot the other names). It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. The shredded pork with fish sauce at the nearby You Niao Courtyard Restaurant was really good, and Ahan Thai was also delicious, both recommended by the owner. I brought my dog this time and chatted with the owner for a bit. They are very kind-hearted people, and kind-hearted people tend to do things with great integrity. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I will definitely come again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautifully designed aesthetic visible in every detail! The owner is incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The guesthouse's location is superb, with many attractions nearby and convenient dining options. The biggest surprise was when we walked into the courtyard and several adorable corgis came right over to greet my corgi! I'll definitely bring my furbaby back to stay here again if I get the chance!

This guesthouse is super charming and spotless! Downstairs, there's a cafe, and the owner has four adorable Corgis. The decor is also full of Corgi-themed elements! I stayed in the terrace king room, and as soon as I opened the curtains, there was a view of the Great Wall! The weather was great these past two days, so it was incredibly clear and beautiful! The terrace also has a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening. Service: Excellent, the owner is very welcoming! Facilities: There's a cafe, breakfast is available, and there's free parking nearby. It's less than a five-minute walk to Shuiguan Great Wall.

The view is fantastic! You can see the Great Wall right from your room, and there's a great spot upstairs for photos. The owner is really nice too, and even drops you off at the station. There are four corgis at the property; Ke Lan is the most playful and affectionate. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Fantastic! The environment is truly wonderful, right at the foot of the Great Wall. There are 3 adorable dogs. The yard and rooms are clean and tidy, and the air is great. The price is also very good. If I visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. It was very comfortable to stay in. There were cute little puppies in the yard, which really lifted my spirits. It's especially suitable for weekend getaways and holiday relaxation. Ordering food was convenient, and the nearby restaurants had great flavors. It's also easy to get to by car. This will definitely be my go-to spot for weekend relaxation in the future!

Beautiful view of great wall. Host is extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance of 200m walk to Shuiguan great wall which is less crowded. 15 mins ride to Badaling great wall.

My sister and I had such a lovely stay! It was so incredible getting to see the Great Wall from our hotel room! Truly unbelievable views! The location is perfect for visiting the Great Wall and not too far away from Beijing! The breakfast was fantastic, an excellent spread especially for China. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The corgis on the property were such a delight and it was so nice being able to see them and pet them as they are very sweet and cute. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem!

Yueli is a beautiful hotel/B&B. It's located in a village close to Shuiguan great wall. it's a 15 minute taxi ride from Badaling station, but you will arrive in a very different world, a very tranquil place beautifully decorated with a view of the great wall. The owners are friendly and contacted me a day before to give me tips on how to arrive on the place. Shuiguan great wall itself is a steep walk, but not very long as they haven't opened up many towers, but the place is very quiet and you can really enjoy the wall! Highly recommend this village and Yueli if you want to relax and enjoy the greatwall at peace.

On a weekend spring outing, we went to climb the Great Wall and admire the mountain flowers. Yue Li's location is excellent, right at the foot of the Shuiguan Great Wall. It's a cozy little courtyard, and the rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast is nutritious and hygienic; although it's not a buffet, it has everything you need. My favorite part was the three actively 'working' corgis at the guesthouse – they're incredibly adorable and so friendly! But for their health, please don't feed them indiscriminately.

An exceptionally good old-school hotel in Beijing! Great location! Excellent spot! Plenty of dining options nearby, including Siji Minfu Roast Duck and a bubble tea shop. Free parking! The bed was really comfortable! The hotel service and breakfast exceeded expectations! The price was good, and there's a nice coffee shop too! See pictures.
