First of all, the hotel is very strategically located, right in front of E2 exit of Qianmen Metro station. Within walking distance there is Tiananmen Square, Qianmen Food Street and Dashilan District. You can find alot of local delicacies and souvenirs along those streets. Secondly, the hotel staffs were extremely helpful, i had difficulties finding some items and he had them ordered online and delivered right to the hotel the very same day. Another instance when i had to leave for the airport and had some problems finding a taxi, the hotel staff readily ordered an online taxi for me. Thirdly, the room was comfortable and clean, everything was good, however i would recommend having a bathroom mat ready as sometimes the floor gets wet after showering. Overall i had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Not a foreigner friendly hotel. Service and welcoming was poor. The hotel is not catered for foreigners. This country wants tourism but hotels like this should be avoided, it sets a poor examples in the hospitality sector. Also the TV channels is impossible to operate. WiFi password is nowhere to be seen. I will never stay here again.

What I like most would be the location as it's just right outside the metro and a few minutes walk to qianmen which is a popular shopping and eating street.

This is the second time I brought my kids here. I chose this hotel without hesitation. It is very convenient to go to the subway station and watch the flag-raising ceremony from the No. 4 security checkpoint. It is convenient to take the subway or taxi to major scenic spots. If you don't bring your kids, riding a bicycle is also a good choice. After dinner, it takes five minutes to walk to the pedestrian street.

The third point: After checking in on the first day, I didn’t want to bother so I extended my stay on Ctrip. At noon, the front desk called me and said that the room I was staying in had been booked by someone else and asked me to change it. I was asked to change it to a 1.8-meter room. The room with a double bed (we stayed in a 1.5-meter room at the time) was out for fun and we didn’t even pack our luggage, so we communicated with the front desk. Can’t that person stay in another room? The front desk told me that this guest just liked this room. He said, what should I do if I can't make it back in time? The front desk said that she asked someone to help us put away our things. Let's not talk about whether there are any valuables. How could we two girls ask strangers to help us pack up our personal belongings? ! Then we rushed back to pack our things and change hotels. If I had known it would be like this, I would have checked out and changed to another hotel in the morning. After taking a shower, I lay down on the bed and fell asleep peacefully. What happened? Why did I wake up because of the stench? Hahahahahaha. I really laughed out loud. Then I called the front desk and said there was a strange smell. The front desk told me to call my aunt to come and check it out. When she came, I said it smelled like sewerage. She said it did smell a bit, especially near the bedside. Then she said I just said that I didn’t have the air conditioner and turned it on too low because I was afraid of the cold and didn’t turn on the air conditioner. Then I said it was because of the rain and said that it would be fine if it stopped raining. Then I turned on the air conditioner and there was no smell (I thought at the time that it might be true). I didn’t, so I didn’t change rooms because of the smell) Then I went back to sleep. Guess what? I woke up to the smell again at twelve o'clock (I never turned off the air conditioner). Because I had to catch a flight at five o'clock in the morning, I didn't call the front desk to change rooms this time.
