JI Hotel (Beijing Shilihe Zhoujiazhuang)

This Ji Hotel's location is fantastic, super close to Zhoujiazhuang subway station which makes getting around a breeze. The facilities are comprehensive and work perfectly, the service is warm and attentive, and the hygiene is spotless with no overlooked corners. The environment is quiet and elegant, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!

First, it took a long time to withdraw my money and I contacted them to avoid the last-minute room booking because I arrived at the hotel quite late, almost 11 pm. They told me they couldn't accommodate my request. Later, I had to find someone to book the room in advance. Then I found stains on the blankets and some hair in some places, but I didn't take pictures. It was exhausting. I only discovered this when I put on a disposable duvet cover. Overall, I wasn't completely dissatisfied. The room was a twin room (rooms 19-22). I couldn't book room 22, so I booked a larger one. Then Ctrip said they had rooms available. I contacted the hotel to see if I could stay in the same room, but they said no, there were no rooms available. Where did you see this? This is a screenshot from when I saw it. Is it because they insist on selling at a high price that they make customers move rooms?

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and healthy, and the overall hotel was clean and bright. It's a hotel I frequently stay at for business trips; it meets all my reasonable needs. A very pleasant stay! 👍

Overall, it was alright, but the hotel's location was a bit out of the way.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are bright and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. I especially appreciate their help with printing and copying documents in the middle of the night. Check-out was quick and convenient. It's also close to the subway entrance and offers excellent value for money.

You'll regret going to that shady shop.

入住酒店時，前台的服務讓我一下子就有了回家的感覺。剛到店時，工作人員主動上前詢問是否需要幫忙提行李，還貼心地提醒我先休息一下再辦理入住。辦理過程中，前台小姐姐耐心細緻地講解了房間設施、早餐時間和Wi-Fi連接方式，還根據我的需求推薦了更安靜的房間位置。更驚喜的是，得知我是長途旅行後，前台主動送上一盤新鮮水果，水果品種豐富、擺放精緻，還附了一張手寫小卡片，祝我旅途愉快。這份小小的用心讓我瞬間感到被重視和照顧。晚上回到房間，看到水果還在桌上，心裏暖暖的。第二天離店時，前台也熱情地詢問入住體驗，並幫我叫車、提醒帶好隨身物品。真的很感謝前台的貼心服務，讓這次旅行變得更加舒適和難忘。
