The hotel does not have the best location and neither does it deserve a very high rating. It is a firm 6.5-7/10 in accordance with international standards. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are OK. Staff does not speak English, but they are trying to be helpful. 

Free shuttle to universal studios. All the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We have issues with our food order app and the lady helped with our food order with lots of patience.😊. Thumbs up!

The room was impeccably clean and felt brand new, truly highlighting the hotel's unique features. I particularly loved the option to play soothing music for a restful sleep – a fantastic touch! It's definitely my top pick for value for money. The hotel also pays great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional and responsible; I accidentally left my charger behind, and after contacting them, they promptly mailed it back to me. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will absolutely choose to stay here again. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and shopping district, with excellent amenities nearby. Lele's service was warm and attentive, the room was immaculately clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended. The room faced the street, offering a great view and good ventilation through the windows, but it wasn't noisy. I was on a business trip, and the staff helpfully upgraded me to a room with a desk. I was so busy working in the room that I didn't have time for breakfast, so I asked the staff to pack some vegetables, fruits, and porridge. They were all fresh and delicious, and the little robot delivery was very convenient. I'll definitely go to the breakfast buffet downstairs next time I have the chance. I was in such a hurry when I left that I left the room in a mess, which I'm very sorry about. It was a very comfortable stay and I'll definitely stay again.

Excellent! The environment is beautiful, and the room is spotless. The soundproofing is also good, and the facilities are complete, including water, coffee, and tea bags. The curtains are automatic, and the windows are great! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and provide thoughtful service. The front desk service is good, the indoor hygiene is clean, and it's very quiet. The soundproofing in the room is quite good, so it doesn't affect sleep.

The hotel is well located. But as soon as we arrived, the young man showed us to our room, only to find it was occupied. He gave us another room, saying it was a mistake, which was really strange. It says it's a room with a window, but the window doesn't face the outside, as the rooms are practically underground. We asked for a second light switch, and they refused. The bed was extremely hard; we couldn't sleep because of how hard the mattress was.

酒店位置好，在小區羣附近，步行3分鐘有大型超市、蛋糕店和很多餐飲店，非常方便。房間衞生還不錯，房間確實小了點，但是就睡一覺也還好。離奧林匹克公園和一些運動場館都很近，看演唱會方便。

For my Beijing trip, I spent a good amount of time searching before finally deciding on this hotel. Its proximity to the subway station is a big plus. Upon check-in, we were even offered complimentary fruit. Stepping into such a clean room immediately lifted my spirits. Would definitely recommend to friends. However, rooms in downtown Beijing hotels tend to be on the smaller side. For families, I'd suggest opting for a larger room.
