My recent stay at the Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Situated just steps away from Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the bustling Wangfujing shopping street, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's iconic landmarks and vibrant culture. The convenient access to the metro station also made it easy to venture further afield. Comfort and Convenience: My room was a haven of comfort and style. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked tea and coffee station. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I must specifically commend their honesty and efficiency. After I accidentally left a necklace in my room, they promptly contacted me and arranged for its safe return. This act of kindness truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond Expectations: The Manxin Hotel Wangfujing exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort, traditional charm, and outstanding service. Whether you're visiting Beijing for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

We loved this beautiful little hotel. Amazing service (special mention to the ladies Yanglu & Ludan who were super helpful). Even though the staff didn’t speak English, they used translators and ensured that all our requests were met (including helping us order food delivery). The breakfast includes options for everyone. Rooms are well kept and super clean. The location was perfect as it’s within walking distance of so many eateries and sights. They have a lovely Lego table at the reception which kept my kids entertained and offer free laundry service.

This is a truly fantastic hotel I’d definitely stay in again. It’s just off of Nanluoguxing, a busy tourist street with all kinds of food to try but is incredibly quiet. It’s a great location, within easy walking distance of many attractions in the Hutongs. There’s a metro station close by which is super easy to use with all the signs and announcements repeated in English. However if you get a taxi it might be best to get them to drop you off at the top of Nanluoguxing as getting a taxi into the Hutong isn’t always easy and it’s only 5 minutes from there to the hotel. My favourite thing is a little shaded outside area with some tables. Absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. No issues communicating with those of them who don’t speak English, as they will whip out a phone and translate anything they need to tell you! They have me some free fruit when I checked in and as the weather heated up they doubled the number of bottles of water they gave me each day which was a lovely touch. It was over 30 degrees when I stayed but the air conditioning works brilliantly. That and an incredible bed made for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Hard to find a room with proper beds for 3 pax in Beijing. My family was impressed by the room design and spaciousness - very modern and super clean. Must add that the hotel staff are very friendly - helped us to do laundry which is not part of the their work. Although Location is not prime but easily to get around the touristy places such as Gu Gong, Gu Lou, Gong Wang Fu, Qian Men and etc by taking DiDi within 20 mins. This is my first time to stay at Man Xin But I will definitely recommend it to my friends who plan to visit China. To us, Man Xin Is better than some 5-star international hotel!

Darling, gather round and let me spill the tea about my fabulous stay at the Beijing Guangqumen Manxin Hotel. When we sashayed into the lobby, our room wasn't ready, but the front desk staff, ever the gracious hosts, served us water and tea while we waited. It was around dinner time, so we decided to leave our fabulous luggage and sashay away to get some dinner. By the time we returned, our room was ready for us to strut in and check in. Now, honey, during check-in, they offered us breakfast at a discount compared to the original booking price, and let me tell you, we snatched that deal faster than a wig in a windstorm! The room, while a bit petite, was packed with delightful extras: a toiletry bag bursting with single-use goodies, plush robes, bottled water, a coffee machine, and tea. However, there was a faint whiff of smoke, despite a cute little no-smoking sign. And those light switches, darling – they were conveniently placed near the bed, making it easy to turn off the lights when we were all tucked in, but a bit tricky to find when we first entered the room. Breakfast the next morning? Simply divine! I only wish we had bought it for every day of our stay. Checking out was just as fabulous, with the front desk offering us more snacks and even gifting us a bottle of hair conditioner. Yas, queen! I do regret not asking them for more tips on what to see and do in Beijing – they were so knowledgeable and eager to help. Location-wise, the hotel is just a block away from the subway station, which was super convenient for all our city adventures. So, if you’re looking for a stay that combines style, comfort, and a touch of glam, the Beijing Guangqumen Manxin Hotel is your go-to. Can I get an amen up in here?

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, centered right in Haidian District and only 10min away from nearest subway station. Room gets cleaned every day to a very high standard, the staff is very helpful and super friendly. They're very generous with everything that they provide, also they don't mind showing you how the AC works as it can be a bit challenging due to it all being in Chinese but even for non Chinese speaking tourists they go above and beyond to help any way that they can! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a great location in Beijing solo or not, I would definitely book this hotel again. We want to thank one member of staff in particular, we forgot to get his name however he was very smiley and pleasant, he gave us going away gift bags. Great experience for a first time in China!

The location is excellent, very convenient, the room is clean, not noisy, the waiter is very nice, warm and thoughtful. But the breakfast is terrible: the fried eggs are as hard as plastic, and have an inexplicable red color; the vegetable salad has curled edges and turned black; none of the snacks are familiar, and all the food is made with great care to save costs.

This time I went to Beijing for a trip, my parents and children went there. I looked online for a few days and finally chose Tiantan North Gate Manxin Hotel after comprehensive consideration. It costs about 20 yuan to take a taxi from Beijing South Railway Station. There is a subway entrance and a bus station nearby, which is convenient for other attractions. It is close to the Temple of Heaven Park and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Tiananmen Square. The weather is cool and we can walk and see. The parents and children are very satisfied with the stay, and the service attitude is good. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Beijing in the future!

Check in time stated as 2pm. I reached the hotel around 3pm, got informed that the room wasn't ready due to the previous customer (their member with platinum level) , who has the right to check out late. Despite the hotel was fully booked that day. I was asked to wait another hour (4pm) before I can get to check into the room. This hotel policy just doesn't make sense. Apart from this awful experience. The hotel is at a good location (less than 5mins walk to the guloudajie subway), room was comfortable, clean and equipped with the AI voice/smart control. A supermarket nearby and few eatery places (include MCD) too. Great customer service especially the staff (male) who assisted my booking on 10 Nov 2024 3pm (forgot to get his name) . He has an excellent attitude, attentive to the issue and provided a reasonable compensation (room upgrade & 2hrs delayed check out) . I understand that he might have no control to change the hotel policy, but truly appreciate that he did not just brush it off and offered a better solution. There was no remarks made for my late check out time tho, even I have confirmed via wechat the day before. I received a call around 11:45pm from a female staff who asked if I am going to check out soon. I was asking isn't my check out time is extended to 2pm, her response was not pleasent, until I told her that I had confirmed via wechat yesterday. Then she apologised and said will made a remarks.

We stayed 5 nights there. Everyday the staff clean our room. The hotel staff are very polite, will greet once see us and open the door for us. There is a free snack bar at the entrance. We did not try the hotel breakfast as we prefer try the local food at somewhere nearby. The location is good, near to the train station. We still get some small gift during check out.
