Hotel Napoleon Beirut

Stay away and never even consider the place.... We reported the beds for another room and they only gave us a much worst disgusting bedroom

I order two times ash tray didn’t arrived at all Very noise and loud voice from front of my room (neighbor) No shower gell No soap No shampoo Please this issue will lost ur guests However I did check in the next day same issue about ash tray! And the key door was not open!

We didnt enjoy our stay at the hotel because it was a terrible experience. The hotel service was so bad as they didnt provide us with the necessary amenities such as towels and shampoo and shower gels when requested. Whenever we asked they just ignored our requests. As far as cleanliness is concerned, that was also bad as the bathroom was soo dirty and smelly. When we asked them to clean it, again they just ignored. It was a first and last experince at this hotel for us, we will never be going back.

The hotel has a good location. The room can be a bit cleaner The water is salty Pricewise, it is a good option

The Room was good and staff friendly but I especially requested a quiet room and got a room located near the generator I couldn’t sleep until morning

I was in a room that was not renovated. And it was very bad. I payed extra to move to a renovated.Room, it was very nice.But need some work.It was a lot nicer than the old rooms, They hotel needs a little bit more work to be up to Standards of a 4 stars. The only main problem that really bothered me that there is no hot water What so ever only warm water/cold the stuff was very friendly and helpful The location is amazing I do recommend this hotel if you're only going to use it for sleeping

staff friendly n helpful. location optimal for local bars n snack shops n the touristic site "pigeon rock". price is fair, given the high inflation of this country. but it would be so much better if they could provide warmer water for shower. it feels like the bathroom water is only lukewarm, n thats hard to deal with when one visits in winter...

Not so bad , just kind of 3 stars hôtel without car parking

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.
