The room is very clean, staff are courteous, and calm and convenient location , easy reach to different parts of Beirut.

The rooms have folders and they stink and hallway.
You hear the noise of the street.
The bathroom is super narrow and not very hygienic,
you can see the rust on the pipes and so on.
