本不想評價，做生意都不容易，但賓館早上沒有熱水，説是熱水管道壞了，真是無語。近二百的價格在縣城就是小旅館的標準吧，設施比較陳舊。停車方便，停車位較多，離青巖寺比較近。

1、設備老舊，房間燈壞了一個，洗手盆活動了差點把自己摔一個跟頭。最可氣的是洗澡間沒有水，房間電話不能用。
2、服務態度非常不好，前台包括經理冷冰冰，語氣生硬。
3、商務出差，走親訪友，大家不要住在北鎮大廈。切記切記！

名義上4星，其實達不到，有欺騙之嫌。我們就是因為它是四星才預訂的，進房間後發現房間設施差，條件簡陋，衞生差，有點像普通酒店。應該從四星系列剔除。

北鎮大廈是我們到達的首選，因為幾年前的一次住宿就留下好印象。
這次，走進大門就眼前一亮，氣派大堂，豪華不是文化。房間衞浴乾淨氣味清新，被子枕頭舒服，浴巾也柔軟。房間及衞生間物品擺設注意細節，温馨。空調熱水都好。早餐是我們特別中意。大廳敞亮，乾淨。餐品的品種多味道好，餐具講究。
大廈不愧為鎮裏承擔重要接待任務賓館，客服服務及餐廳廚藝都是很正規水準。
自駕停車方便。
美中不足，淋浴器老舊，洗髮水再提高一點。
