Ac wasn't working properly. Had to ask ***y times for hot water. Hotel was clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Food was tasty. Since it's not visible from the main road better to have a proper directions for the same. A/c wasn't working properly. And hot water should be supplied on time. Overall had a good experience with few adjus**ents.

Staff is good and cooperative. Room was bit smelly (kinda mold smell) may be due to rainy season. Plus if you are paying this much you expect atleast tea or coffee sachet and electric kettle. Overall it's good.

Our stay was comfortable except some problems. Ac was not working and the ceiling fan was making huge sound. We could not sleep well due to the noise of fan. Every day in the morning we had to ask for hot water for bathing. And the restaurant is opening by 8 o clock. There is no way to get a tea in the morning

Booked one of the best category room but ACs were non fictional. No tea and coffee pacets but electric kettle was available. No hot water and no WiFi inside room ( room door WiFi was available but not inside ). No proper breakfast available, no one from reception and support staff willing to help. Continuous annoying noise of hammering something was there throughout the night.
