we held our wedding ceremony there in Santika Hotel, what a great experience! Lovely place surounded by many great places too! the foods are also delicious! we stayed three days at Santika's suit and deluxe room, clean bed and toilet! all the staff were very helpful! thank you Santika!

The receptionist at the front desk is warm and friendly, always treating everyone with a smile and warm words. It made us feel welcome and very impressed. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest during the trip. Highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The food is delicious... please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom... and for the receptionist it would be better if there were more than 1... because when you check in the receptionist is not there

coincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in 🤭 three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first 😂 next time I will stay here again.

(+) I Like how they treat us as their customer, the staff was good, the manager also helpful (i forgot his name). The facility they offer over expected due money value we paid. Perhaps in the future i'd put OYO as 1st option when i need inn. (-) You can't use electric device at the same time since the power still limited (ex. when the aircon on, we can't use electric hot water /kettle), but of course it's ok & understandable. And other, when you wan't to smoke at the balcony, you should turn off the aircon, coz that's the place they put OU unit. So it's hot & noisy.

All staff are very responsible and the hospitality service are very good. You'll be delighted to stay here anytime. This hotel provides 24-hour service and the admission are restless. Reservation is very easy. Well done.
