"The hotel has been open for less than six months, so the facilities are new, the environment is pleasant, and transportation is convenient. It is directly connected to Pakuwon Mall, making shopping and leisure very easy. The hotel lobby is located on the 23rd floor, with an impressive view over the city."

"This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough."

"Good location. The hotel located in big Mall, so it’s very convenient for looking some place to eat or buying some stuffs. However, the hotel building is old, and the drainage system in the toilet really smells. Even the room amenities are only average compared to the room price."

"The hotel facility was good. I rent a 2 night family room with 4 bed. Price was reasonable. Got gym, swimming pool. 1st night was ok. 2nd night the room have a foul smell from the toilet. So sad i have to deduct their point on cleanliness."
