The hotel staff was nice and friendly at check in and at check out. Very accommodating as well. We requested an additional blanket and the front desk provided it right away. The room was clean and spacious. The downside was the shower. The water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to get soap to rinse off. We opted not to shampoo our hair for fear we would be in the shower for hours attempting to get it resolved. Overall not a bad experience.

My stay was really good. The staff was very helpful. The room and sheets were clean. I did notice a roach trying to beat me in the door but I quickly eliminated the tiny intruder that was beelining towards the fridge. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

Comfortable room but no outlets throughout the room. Had to undue the lights just to be able to charge phones. Bed was comfortable. Tv i think was direct tv and the shows just kept going black. Restaurant was good and the bar tender was very nice. We needed a good bar tender who understood we had just come from a funeral. I would recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good.

We were in town with our son's travel baseball team, and we really loved staying here! Carla, at the hotel restaurant, was very friendly and so accommodating. And Van, at the desk, went absolutely above and beyond for our entire group! They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We came to town for a tournament at Ripken. It was not first Ripken experience but was our best Ripken hotel experience. We do a lot of tournaments and a lot of hotels. We had an exceptional time at this location. After a long day we were exhausted and both Van and Carla were lovely. They made us feel right at home and were very accommodating to our large group. The service in the bar and restaurant area far exceeded our expectations. This is a small hotel with a charming staff. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again.

Karla is awesome! Along with Van and the whole staff. Overall it’s a very clean site along with a great restaurant bar and breakfast area. I can’t really complain too much overall. Really enjoying this stay so far the staff is the standout to me.
