I suffered from covid19, the hotel rejected me to live in but also rejected me to refund. Terrible experience, don’t live in this hotel.

The place was good. Rooms were clean and the services were good. However the only issue was there was no Body wash and even after room cleaning still it was not filled.

It's a clean bed . That's it. Ear plug and a bandaid under the bed with a dripping tap in a less than average bathroom. Staff pleasant

This hotel Was horrible. Hallway carpets are disgusting, rooms so-so. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Expected a Ramada/wyndham property to be much nicer.

Place was clean and location was great. Walking distance to Westfield.

Room is clean. Free milk in fridge. Free coffee and biscuits. 15 minutes' walk to Westfield shopping centre where you can find Woolworth supermarket.

Everything was good except the construction sound just beside the room.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a microwave so I didn’t have to go out and eat, I will be staying here again for sure

Everything was very nice, the apartment was cleaned, nice location….But they put us in the apartment where they have construction right behind the apartment. We were travel long way from Melbourne to Canberra, we hope that we can rest well after long day drive and get up late in the morning a bit before another long way to go. 7am next day when we all still sleeping, the construction started and very noisy, we couldn’t sleep anymore and have to check out early because the noise of it. We went down and let the reception staff know about it, they said sorry and will let manager know about the situation and will get back to me, that’s all. After 1 week no one at the hotel contact back or say anything about that bad service. If they know that the construction behind will start early and it can affect to the customers, at least they should let’s the customers know about that and choose we will stay or go to somewhere else, not just give us the room and say nothing about that.

The hotel is well located close to the shopping precinct of Belconnen. A walk to Westfield took only 15 minutes, and it is only a short drive to eateries, the University of Canberra and GIO Stadium. We chose this hotel for its location. Our bed was comfy, the shower was hot and bathroom facilities were okay except there is very little benchspace. Service was fairly good, except when our card wouldn't work in the entry door to the wing where our room was located. Luckily reception was open. Some of the carpark was not accessible due to materials being stored there! The electric jug wasn't working properly but they did get us another one straight away. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay. One other thing, which I assume was no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning, but it wasn't a cold frosty night!!

Handy location. Quiet. Basic room with clean bathroom and facilities. Unfortunately wifi didn’t work. Day staff were excellent but night reception staff poor.

Good location, walking distance to Lake and Westfield all with 5 to 10 mins. Reception staff are helpful day and night. Secure main door entrance into hallway to rooms. Free Lavazza coffee machine available near reception. Would definitely recommend Ramada Encore Belconnen Canberra to others.
