Excellent Hotel, with very good food and very friendly stuff. Especially Erol Peken, from guest relations, helped us beyond expectations. He took matters into its own hands when we had a problem and made it possible that we could really enjoy our holiday. Thank you Gloria Serenity and Erol. See you soon!

5 günlüğüne geldiğim bu otelde muhteşem keyifli bir zaman geçirdim. Çok temiz yemekleri muhteşem lezzetli otel çalışanlarının neredeyse hepsi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Evinizde ve ailenizle birlikte gibiyiz sanki.

It was an amazing experience. I would give 10 stars if I could. The rooms were very clean and the staff made sure we had everything that we needed at all times. Special thanks to Ozler,Erol and Yasemin. There were a kot of activities for children that our child enjoyed. The sea was great for the season. The food was unbelievable there were so many choices. Overall i would give my experience a 10/10

Accommodation, food and service are perfect! After the renovation the hotel became even better. We lived in a villa, it was very comfortable and quite private. Good for families with children. The staff is very qualified and friendly

İnanılmaz bir her şey dahil tatil. Tüm yiyecek ve içecekler son derece kaliteli ve lezzetli. Hiç bir üründe ikinci kalite yok. Odamız harikaydı. Restaurantlar, ana restaurant, tüm öğünlerde beklentinin çok üzerinde. Servis konseptten beklenmeyecek kadar üst kalitede. Tüm personeli ve yönetimi tebrik ediyorum.

Excellent food and service, spacious rooms & variety of restaurants, special thanks to Gamze & Uğur (at the reception bar) who took care of our mom, while we were enjoying activities and housekeeping lady taking care of all our needs with good mood. I also enjoyed my lessons with golf instructor Nuh, who was very patient and informative. My only concern was not being able to resist delicious cakes, ice cream and baklava 😋 and final thanks to PT Emrah who took care of this☺️.

Tesisin şıklığı bir yana temizliğe ve hijyene gösterilen olağanüstü özen kendimizi evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladi. Yemekler, personelin kibarlığı, servisin hızı kısacası her şey dört dörtlüktü. Bu güzel deneyim için ilgililere çok teşekkür ederim.

We have always stayed at The Gloria Golf Resort but due to its renovation we tried the Serenity. It has been superb and the service of all the staff has been top class. In particular the team on Guest Reception have assisted with our every need. Nazgûl went the extra mile to help us and Aladin over from the Golf Hotel as always made us very welcome. We will certainly have a hard choice when we come back next time and with the rooms as good as they are at the Serenity it may well be here that we return to
