C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons, c’est donc que nous apprécions beaucoup cet hôtel! Un paradis pour les enfants avec les toboggans et les piscines adaptées à tous les âges . Les animations en journées et en soirées sont top. La nourriture est délicieuse et variée. Les chambres, bien que quelques peu désuètes, sont propres. Mais après tout nous n’y passons que la nuit. La Clim pourrait aussi être améliorée. Alors le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour toute la famille ! Un grand merci à Emere et Mutlu pour leur sympathie :-)

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen sehr gute Qualität und geschmacklich Top. Anlage etwas älter und muss renoviert werden. Hatten eine Pool / Lakevilla und leider die zentrale Klimaanlage nicht zu gebrauchen. Nur das Zimmer für den Aufenthalt hat eine richtige Klimaanlage. Kühlschrank kühlt schlecht und nur Wasserkocher für Kaffee (Pulver), denke in der heutigen Zeit bei so einem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Badezimmer auch alt, muss wirklich von Grund auf renoviert werden. Internet funktioniert sehr gut! Etwas wenig Sitzplätze für das Abendprogramm, da es eigentlich sehr Familienfreundlich ist und viele Kinder hat. Kein Service f am Pool oder Strand, muss man sich selbst alles holen. Einerseits in Ordnung, aber andersrum wäre es manchmal wirklich toll gewesen, wenn man zwei Kinder hat und nicht einfach vom Platz weg kann. Sportsbar vorhanden, jedoch wird kein Sport gezeigt und wirklich schlecht eingerichtet, könnte man mehr daraus machen, das gleiche gilt für die Bar. Spricht nicht gerade einladend an um dort Zeit zu Verbringen. Live Musik tolle Idee und Abwechslungsreich, aber genau in einem Bereich vor und neben den Zimmern. Etwas mühsam bei dieser Lautstärke bis in die Nacht hinein. Denke ein anderer Platz wäre besser geeinigt. Im grossen und ganzen zufrieden, da das Personal einen tollen Job macht und das Essen wirklich empfehlenswert ist. Würde ich noch einmal buchen? Eher Nein, da zu diesem Preis die Anlage zu alt ist und zu wenig bietet. Vielen Dank dennoch.

Top hôtel, les employés son très serviable ! Grand choix de nourriture au buffet. Beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants ! Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privative et c’était vraiment bien ! Car il y a beaucoup de monde au piscine commune. Il manque peut être un coin piscine à l’ombre car avec les bébés c’est un peu compliqué de trouver de l’ombre.

The entertainment every night and day has been amazing! Ezgi is amazing and the best at communicating and getting people to have fun. The space party on Friday 7th of June was the best! Had the most wonderful night. The best holiday I’ve ever been on.

First holiday in Turkey, to be honest not sure if we want to go back. The hotel itself was okay, plenty of pools for the little ones as well, staff were okay(obviously if you do tips) but the food was not great at all. First of all you have 3 only out 5 A la carte free restaurants, and the ones that are free are just horrible. You cannot eat more than once at the free ones, but there were quite empty because of the food. Don’t think they have a chef and I even received to one of them pasta with mouldy parmezan. I was expecting sea food but very rare, I believe they did a sea food night at the bufet when we were booked for a la carte restaurant. The towels in the room weren’t changed unless we left tips in the room and the free cocktails were horrible unless you were going to the over 18 area or Zoom bar that was at the reception. Overhaul not happy mainly because of the food, I was even sick one night after eating at an a la carte restaurant. Safe to say I won’t be returning there.

Paloma gridada ilk deneyimimizdi.Otelin çocuklu aileler için konforlu oluşu,yeşillik alanları ve konsepti harika. Eğlence konusunda gün içinde yapılan spor aktiviteleri,aqua spinning aqua gym, tam yaz aktiviteleri.Animasyon ekibi onlar için sezon boyunca rutin olan şeyleri enerjileriyle eğlenceli hale getirerek, islerini severek yapıyorlar.Aksam gelen showlar oldukça kaliteli.Guzel vakit geçirdik.Zomm barın sokagi ve canlı müzik sanki Paris'te bir sokaktaymis hissi uyandırıyor.Son olarak summer party'e değinmek istiyorum.Hem çocuklara hem de yetişkinlere hitap eden bir sistem kurulmuş.Calinan müzikler,dekorlar kızımın dikkatini çekti ve mutlu oldu. Bar ekibinin güler yüzü ve güzel kokteyleri, restoran ekibinin muhteşem yemekleri için onlara da teşekkürler. +18 bar çalışıp dinlenmeye gelen insanlar için oldukça iyi bı fikir olmuş.Emegi geçen herkese teşekkürler.Tekrar gelecegiz.

Just got back after 7 nights in the Paloma Grida. We had a brilliant holiday, the hotel is beautiful, kept spotless, the service is excellent, especially in the main restaurant. Yes, rooms are a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Never had to scramble for sunbeds, although it did start getting busier the last few days, we had a cabana for a day too, and that was great, especially in the 46°C heat! Food was standard all inclusive food, can get a bit samey, desserts all taste the same....of cream, but the baklava!!! That's delicious! Spa, i had a 90-minute mixed therapy massage. This was top to toe massage for a full 90 with hot stones included, then a face mask. It was amazing! Would definitely recommend it.

Heel mooi resort. Wij zijn in meerdere resorts in Turkije geweest de afgelopen jaren, maar dit is zeker een van onze favorieten. Heel mooi aangelegd resort met fantastisch eten. Leuk dat je de mogelijkheid hebt tot a la carte lunchen. Daarnaast hele lekkere cocktails en krijg je hier ‘s avonds zelfs een chipje en nootje bij. Ook de thema avonden in het main restaurant zijn erg leuk. Enige minpuntje is dat veel mensen handdoeken leggen. Verder fijn stand en zwembaden. Zeker grote aanrader
