Went there with my wife and 2 yr daugher in June! We had the most amazing experience, the staff was incredibly nice and experienced, the quality of the food was outstanding, we had a lot of space for our daughter to play, lots of playgrounds, aquapark etc. We can’t wait to come back next year!

I visited this resort in May 2024 with my 6 year old daughter and being a very picky customer, I really could not find a single thing i could possibly be unhappy about. 1. Greeting at the lobby - we was greeted by our allocated assistant for the duration of stay. I was treated to a small jar of red caviar on ice along with a glass of bubbly and some crackers. It was a nice touch . My daughter was offered to have anything she wanted but she chose to watch the pianist playing . 2. Accommodation: they put us in a much better room than booked. The room was with a sea view on the 1st floor ( Maxx Royall 1 st floor) with a mini garden. My daughter really enjoyed exploring the patch and playing with the cats. ( there are a lot of cats at the resort)!!! They look very clean and not hungry at all!!! My daughter loved playing with them. The room itself was enormous with a very modern furniture, spacious bathroom with a wardrobe and jacuzzi. There was a small station with literally everything a traveler would need for any occasion and it was stocked daily 3. Food and drinks: Amazing. Just enough amount of restaurants with different type of foods! The food itself was a great quality with big variety. Alcohol was a top quality, not like the one you sometimes have at all inclusive resorts which would be poor quality and heavily diluted. IIt was like a home made meals. he waiters were outstanding. I must say, that on general the staff were performing up to the standards of 5 star hotels. 4. Beach and pools: Absolutely clean and pleasant to swim in There never were a problem with finding a place at the pool or beach. There were a lot of bars and places to order food from. The order would arrive within 10 min maximum. 5. Kids club - Oh, amazing!!!!! They were hands on in the full mining of this word with the kids. The children would be divided by age group. There were a seaport entertainment in the evening for the kids. My daughter, who normally is not much fond of kids club, what actually rushing off her fit to get there. The security of the kids club is impeccable! 6. Night shows - This place was actually the best I have ever been to for the night shoes. There would be 3-4 on the night with one after another . Top quality performers. I was impressed! 7. Chocolate and patisserie station - It was actually 2 massive shops with such a great variety of deserts and so on!!! The taste was amazing, not like those plasticky like test deserts you sometime have at all inclusive resorts. This was a real home made sweets. !!! I could go on and on about the top quality of this place. They really worked hard to make people feel relaxed and enjoy their holidays. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay at Maxx royal really special!!
