Rixos Premium Belek - the Land of Legends Access

The rooms, room service, amenities, bed and pillows... everything was great and up to the expectations and, as usual, overwhelmingly pleasant! We always feel at home when at Rixos Premium Belek! The team in charge of making our stay as memorable as possible delivered that and more, making us want to come back again and again! Great salute to Nof, Soumaya, and Serdar, to name just a few! The Bungalow with Ozkan, Sebastian and the crew did an excellent job as well. Not to forget some of the best restaurants there! Hats up!

Nice hotel. The stormy rainy weather was not ideal but the fact the hotel has a cinema and bowling and arcade, and all the other facilities was great . Staff were very nice especially our cleaner Turka and Ali who was very helpful great at arranging transport. Having Serdar and Nouf was a blessing especially when our luggage was lost and Serdar managed to get it back for us as well as helping to get lost medication..a BIG thank you to him. It's a great idea to have assigned people to help you during your stay. It's a lovely hotel although the only downfall is that there's not much around it but the bus to land if Legends is very handy. The food is nice and having the People's restaurant open 24 hrs was great as well as the late night buffet. Lovely hotel and I would highly recommend .

Every detail is perfect. Very warm and respectful assistants, waiters, housekeeping, receptionists. Enough space everywhere. Delicious and abundant food. Full-time assistance about everything. Thank you asst’s Elina - Diana, Yeşim at Mykotori, Yana at People’s.

This resort really lived up to our expectations. Everything was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend. We travelled with a young baby, and the hotel was very accommodating and made it really easy to have a baby with us. Children were allowed everywhere so wasn't a problem when we were in the restaurants with him sleeping in his pram which was great. The rooms: We stayed in a garden veiw room (could still see the sea) and the room was great. Think we got lucky with the room location as we were on the side with the main restaurant, and closest to the pool but it was still very quiet so no issues with noise at all. The room was a good size, always cleaned, and they set up a cot for us when we arrived. The minibar (included) was always restocked each morning so we always had everything we needed. Hotel and grounds: the grounds were really nice. Plenty of spaces to walk around, pools were a good size with loads of sunbeds. The beachfront was also nice, again with plenty of spaces. The staff were always very attentive, and most areas were sunbed service so drinks and snacks could be brought to you! Everything you could think to ask, was never a problem for the staff. They really were exceptional thoughout our stay. Food and drink: easily the best I have encountered at an all inclusive. The buffet was always fresh and had plenty of selections. The restaurants were really standout! We could go once to each restaurant (stayed for a week so this was fine) and each of them surpassed the other. They felt like high end restaurants and everything was brilliant. I would go back just to eat at these restaurants again. The only downside with the restaurants was the app booking system as it went live at 10am and most places were fully booked by 10.05 so we had to set an alarm so we didnt miss it. Still managed to eat everywhere with no problems though. The drinks were also very good. A huge range to choose from including cocktails, wines, beers etc. Literally everything you could imagine! We went first week of May so the hotel didn't feel too busy which we preferred. Overall, i couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will be back!
