Geçtiğimiz hafta iş için Susesi'ndeydim. Her zamanki gibi yine çok memnun kaldım. Tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Ana restoran garsonlarından İlhami Bey'den özellikle çok memnun kaldım. Çok yoğun bir anda gelmem rağmen çok hızlı şekilde ilgilendi ve çok güleryüzlüydü. :)

Çok rahat ve konforlu odaları var. Lobi ve havuz kenarı bar çok iyi. Personel genel olarak çok yardımcı. Temizlik ve oda hizmetleri de çok iyi. 80 metre bir havuz gerçekten çok zevkli bir antreman havuzu. Sahil çok güzel. Özellikle yemekler son derece kaliteli ve çeşitli. Benzeri tatil köylerinden bir sınıf daha üstün.

Проживали в отеле с 16 по 25 апреля 2024 года. Из аэропорта ехали 35 минут, в 8 утра уже были в отеле. Чудесная девушка Аида из службы по работе с гостями встретила нас и занялась оформлением заселения. Номер дали сразу после завтрака, что было очень кстати после ночного перелета. Хочу посоветоветовать гостям отеля обращаться в службу гестрелейшн по любым вопросам, возникающим во время отдыха, девушки свободно говорят на английском, турецком, немецком и русском языках, готовы помочь в решении всех проблем, да и просто очень красивы и приятны в общении. Итак, подробнее об отеле. Номера большие, стильные, огромная ванная комната со всем необходимым. Смена постельного белья каждый день, как и пополнение бара и набора чая, кофе и снеков. Ресторан отеля огромный, выбор блюд, думаю, удовлетворит любого гостя. Лично от себя могу посоветовать изумительного подкопченого лосося, жареный халуми, язык и ростбиф, просто выше всяких похвал. Также открыла для себя мороженое из шелковицы, рекомендую! В барах отеля импортный алкоголь, бармены делают отличные коктейли (Маргарита, Дайкири и Космополитан прекрасные), хорошее белое вино, неплохое шампанское. Советую посетить аля-карт рестораны, были в турецком и итальянском, остались довольны и едой и обслуживанием. Кстати, персонал однозначно сильная сторона отеля, все максимально приветливы и дружелюбны. Пляж отеля большой, вход в море пологий, пирс был закрыт, его как раз готовили к началу сезона. Для любителей массажа советую посетить спа отеля, думаю останетесь довольны, работники спа салона мастера своего дела. В целом отдыхом остались очень довольны, смело могу рекомендовать отель к посещению. Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать Аиде из службы гестрелейшн за заботу и чуткость, благодаря ей наш отдых был идеальным.

Çok keyifli geçti özellikle ana restorandaki garsonlar oldukça hızlı ve kibardilar (Ece hanım İrem hanım ve Mustafa bey başta olmak üzere) Turg***şef ve Ali şen şef te çok ilgililerdi tuğra restorandaki garson Muhammed bey ve ramazan şef te hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyiydi hepsine teşekkür ederiz Ancak çocuk kulübü etkinliği ve etkinlik alanı biraz küçük gibi ama çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgililer hepsine tşk ederiz

Just arrived back from a 10 day holiday at this unbelievably fantastic hotel. We stayed here last April and were so impressed by all the staff who were all very welcoming and friendly we decided to go back this April, as it was a special occasion for my wife this year for her birthday I can only thank guest relations especially Sepa and Orhun on making it a surprise. Eating in the main restaurant is great has a variety of different foods but lunch time we mainly spent it at the Takatuka food was fantastic there freshly made pizzas you could even make your own pasta absolutely brilliant and staff there very attentive and service with a smile our waiter Ertugrul was fantastic big thank you to him. We went to a couple of a’la carte restaurants which were great aswell if you want to take a break from the main restaurant, we went to the Turkish, Italian and the steakhouse these are a must if you want to try something different all the staff there were so pleasant and couldn’t do anymore on making your dining experience at the restaurant fantastic. There so much to say about Susesi and staff and the whole resort and that why we can’t wait to back there next April.

I visited this resort with my parents, and my sister. Had been to this resort for a holiday for 11 days just this April. Turned out to be a real pleasant and refreshing one. A big thank you to Susesi Luxury resort staff, specially resort professional and well-mannered receptionist Eren who was so kind and helpful. I don't know where to start. Every bit of it worth mentioning. The rooms are wonderful, with attention paid to every little detail. Super clean, super maintained and all that you need is just there! Even the common areas, the restaurant, the common rest rooms everything was super clean and definitely a turn on!. Our family enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. I should mention and thankful about a waitress, met her at restaurant who had to be recognized publicly. Gozde Selvi was her name and she was phenomenal. She was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgeable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. Thank you Gozde for your wonderful service. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. We look forward to seeing you again in future. An enjoyable and comfortable stay.
