Great hotel with exceptional service. Perfect if travelling with kids. Nice clean rooms, great selection of pools and lot of activites. If anything can be improved then perhaps only food selection and level of english for small part of the staff. Also to replace the tennis court surface from tartan to something else ;). But these are just minor details compared to the good things.

Excellent food, amazing kids world, great place to spend holidays. Every evening different shows. Rooms are always cleaned and bed omg so good. Especially would like to express our appreciation to Halil from La Sofa - what a professional, excellent service and always with great attitude towards all guests big Thank You. Our experience rate 5*. Second time here 10 nights and definitely would recommend. Thank you Ela for amazing experience.

Супер отель , вкусно, уютно, весело, много спорта , замечательный персонал! Детям много активности на любой вкус! Коктейли для взрослых не разбавляют) безумно красивые и вкусные: в красивой посуде! Красивый вид из номеров: и горы , и море, и сосны!

Kapidan girdiginiz andaki asistanlik hizmetinden başlayarak tum alanlardaki hizmet kalitesi ve calisanlarin guleryuzu satesinde cok guzel bir tatil gecirdik. Odalar cok genis ve konforluydu. Restorantlar cok lezzetli ve sira beklemeden hizli hizmet alabiliyorduk. İckilerin kalitesi orta alandaki pastane manav cok iyiydi. Spor salonlari cok guzeldi. Sadece hava cok hizli serinlediginde sal dagitimi anfi tiyatroda daha fazla yapilabilseydi memnun olurduk. Ama bu da nazar boncugu olsun . Seneye kesin tekrar gelecegiz. Bir de bir mucize olsa ve masaj fiyatlarinkeske turk misafirlerinize gore de ayarlansa 🙈

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Toller Service. Sehr nette Assistenten, die sich rund um die Uhr um die Gäste kümmern. Die Zimmer sind immer sehr sauber. Wir kommen seit Jahren ins Ela und werden immer sehr familiär begrüßt. Beheizter Pool ist vorhanden. Danke an Nasrin unsere Assistentin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Всё понравилось! Хорошие номера , отличная детская площадка, бассейны супер ! Всё понравилось, спасибо ! Развлечений много и для детей и для взрослых . Кухня разнообразная, пирс , лежаки всё на высшем уровне! Кинотеатр, ночной клуб, бильярд всё есть ! Это отзыв реального клиента!!!!

De airco van de kamer kwam niet lager dan 26 gr na instelling op 18. De prijs was erg duur per kamer per nacht. Eten was zeer goed. Faciliteiten ook goed. Kinderen op kamer....geen kamers met aparte kinderkamers . Zwembaden prima als mede het strand.

Genel konforu ,yemekleri havuzları sosyal aktiviteleri şovlarıyla keyifli güzel vakit geçirdik..personel ilgisi her alanda cok başarılı..özellikle deniz ürünleri severler olarak çok sevdik..illa ki olumsuz bir şey yazılacaksa zeytin standı daha iyi olabildi..nazar boncuğu da denebilir
