The establishment is well located in the village of Belek (but far from Antalya and the sea, you should know).
The staff are friendly but one employee, although helpful, did not speak any other major Western European languages (neither English, nor French, nor Spanish), which is incomprehensible for a hotel catering to an international clientele. You need at least a minimum of English!
The day I arrived, the elevator was not working. The first day's cleaning was not done due to lack of communication (language barrier).
The napkins looked like cardboard. (It was impossible for me to use them and I had to buy my own! Never seen before!)
The hotel is very noisy. Noises from the nearby highway are very audible until late at night and very early in the morning. (There is no double glazing.) There was also noise from the shopping street late at night sometimes, and doors slamming by other hotel guests. If you are sensitive to noise, it is best to avoid...
