Wonderful place to stay! Museums, seafood and other dining, a 200 year old award winning pastry shop, and excellent public transportation all just steps away. BE SURE to contact the property the day before arrival to get bldg and room entry codes! Easily would stay here again

Great hotel in a perfect location for the attractions in the Belem district. Nice, large room with a modern bathroom. Friendly staff at check-in who was able to recommend a good place to park nearby. Would even be suitable for the city center, several bus and tram lines connect Belem with the center. We couldn't try the breakfast because we wanted to leave very early. We had a pleasant stay!

We stayed for two nights in the Belém room. It was very cozy, very modern and pleasant. Without forgetting to mention the incredible service provided by the dear and attentive Pedro. We were very pleased with our stay, super well located, for those who love a pastel de Belém right on the doorstep! We love it. Thanks.

We arrived much earlier than check in and just wanted to drop our cases off and explore. The entrance is a door with a buzzer system and there was no one in. Therefore we had to wait some time to get into the building and only when the cleaner, who didn’t speak English opened the door. We did manage to get our cases in but waited an hour or so to do so. When we did check in it took a long time, the host was great, a little eccentric and full of life, we just wanted to get checked in and relax but he wanted to show us everything and anything he could - nothing bad, probably the longest check in ever!! The room was relatively clean (the pillows could have been cleaner) and we were told about not washing our faces with make up on the towels - however these were very bare and really should be in the bin……the location is great, nice and central and the bakery down the road is amazing. The soundproofing also wasn’t great - we could hear what was going on in the room next door. For what we paid it was good value but was short on a few things.
