1) Instalações antigas necessitando reforma/melhoria.
2) Quarto com cheiro de mofo e com a ducha higiênica do banheiro quebrada.
3) Quarto com baixo isolamento acústico.
4) Péssima relação custo/benefício
Eu teria feito um melhor negócio se tivesse optado pelo Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belém. Além de ser mais barato as instalações são muito superiores

Hotel muito ruim. Estou hospedado em quarto quádruplo com esposa e dois filhos. Desde a chegada, a falta de zelo dos funcionários foi assustadora. Precisei aquecer em microondas a comida do meu bebê de 10 meses, tive que implorar na cozinha do restaurante para conseguir esse feito. Precisei de gelo para por na cabeça do meu filho que bateu na pia, e pasmem, eles COBRAM gelo e não trazem no quarto. Precisei descer até a recepção para pegar. Não fornecem prato nem talheres, nada. Alegam que o restaurante é terceirizado e etc. Um verdadeiro absurdo, uma aula de péssima qualidade de atendimento. Nota zero de NPS. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis aqui em Belém, e nunca vi nada igual, referência em serviço de má qualidade. Parabéns ao envolvidos
