Fomos em um grupo, teve queda de energia, eles não se mobilizaram pra ajudar nos quartos que deram problemas. Mesmo com quartos livres, pois tivemos que usar outros quartos pois eles não aceitam cancelamento (o que foi nossa sorte). Não auxiliam com informações, não tem ferro de passar, não tem lanterna, não preocupam em auxiliar os clientes. Financeiro não responde, cliente fica esperando muito tempo pra ser alocado. Péssimo contato, frios, sem o mínimo de educação. Menor interesse em resolver qualquer questão fora do fazer o check in e receber o pagamento.
