É um hotel, agradável! Sempre reclamo das almofadas O quarto é espaçoso, tem secador de cabelo. O café da manhã tem muitas variedades de frutas e bolos, não fazem tapioca na hora. Já estive muitas vezes no hotel, a piscina precisa ter um toque a mais para ter mais atrativo talvez, reforma ou um upgrade

O hotel é antigo. Os apartamentos são de bom tamanho. A limpeza pode melhorar muito e de maneira muito simples, basta atenção nos detalhes. Fiquei no 318 e observei que os cantos carecem de limpeza. O conduíte exposto (!) que liga o controle da mesinha de cabeceira estava com poeira de anos ! (ap. 318). Uma crosta só. Os controles na mesinha nao são práticos. Itens de banheiro praticamente inexistentes,,, só tinha duas barrinhas de sabonete. O estacionamento é bom, porém tem um barulho pavoroso de bomba dágua 24 h por dia e que ninguém aguenta nem por minutos... uma tortura para os funcionários da garagem. Sugiro fortemente instalarem isolamento acústico ou outro expediente. Fiquei com pena dos empregados,,, o barulho é muito forte e constante.

Péssima experiência! O hotel é bem antigo , tem uma localização muito boa , o tamanho dos quartos são grandes , porém , arcaico Infelizmente alguns funcionários ( supervisores) faltaram a aula de empatia e cordialidade. Tudo se resume a dinheiro. Chegando ao cúmulo de negarem ajuda a um cadeirante porque não poderiam cobrar pelo serviço. Na hospitalidade, o verdadeiro luxo reside na empatia. Acessibilidade não é apenas sobre rampas e quartos adaptados, é sobre abrir portas para o bem-estar e a felicidade de todos os hóspedes. É sobre ouvir, aprender e agir.

É um hotel antigo, mas muito bem cuidado. Bom atendimento e uma piscina maravilhosa. O problema é que fica em uma área que não agradável. Relativamente distante de todos os pontos de interesse e um tanto perigoso à noite.

Hotel bem antigo... mas super bom... Nosso quarto era no 8o. andar e super grande... Duas camas de casal, rouparia cheirosa, check in atencioso e rápido. Café da manhã bem variado e gostoso. Piscina bem gostosa, grande e limpa,... só faltou ter luzes para a noite dentro da piscina. A parte do room service um pouco capenga e poucas opções, caro e demorado... Mas uma das noites, não saímos e comemos ali.
