The checkin was delayed and the staff were rude and were even not able to provide room on time and we have to wait for 1 hr

Well located in Cathedral Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants around and only 5 mins walk to the city center, service can improve a bit at reception

Excellent location to explore Belfast by foot. Restaurants and night lfe in immediate area.

I’ve stayed at Premier Inn regularly for over two decades so I know what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. I was however unaware of the housekeeping rules that require guests to inform reception if they want the room cleaned. Very efficient staff as usual. Great food. Shame about the view from the bedroom!!

This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Belfast, making it a great base for exploring everything the city has to offer. Unfortunately, the property itself no longer reflects the standard I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. The entrance lobby feels dated and poorly maintained, and throughout my stay there appeared to be very few staff available. With only one lift operating for a six-floor hotel with hundreds of rooms, delays were common and frustrating. The corridors were also tired in appearance and lacked the clean, welcoming feel typically associated with the brand. My room was comfortable enough, but it was clearly showing signs of age, and the bathroom had a noticeable musty smell that detracted from the overall experience. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 16 years and have always regarded Premier Inn as a reliable, good-quality option. On this occasion, however, I was genuinely surprised by how much the property’s condition appears to have declined. The location remains excellent, but the hotel is in need of significant investment and refurbishment to bring it back in line with the standards Premier Inn is known for.

Some areas need improving. Staff on front desk need to train in professional service. Our key kept failing to work had to keep returning to front desk to get it reactivated. Sink blocked in another room to which they said use a spoon to unblock it as no maintsinance on. 1 room had a very unpleasant smell they said that's the Belfast smell. This is not good customer service. Disappointing. Breakfast should be included in room price. Breakfast was nicest part of stay.

Great location, a bit noisy but given the location that's unavoidable. Hotel is clean. Check in was fine. TV in room didn't work, reported but not sorted. Mattress terrible (which is a joke given their adverts) room not served at all in two night stay. Breakfast very slow to replenish items- had to wait both days

Had a really good stay – the hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and good quality options to start the day right. A nice bonus was the partnership with the nearby Go parking on the high street, which offered a reduced rate. The bathroom was on the simpler side, but perfectly functional and clean, so no complaints there. Overall, a great experience and good value for money – would definitely stay again. We booked the 'Meal Deal' where breakfast & dinner are included. Just be aware that for dinner the choice is limited as many courses will come with a surcharge. However, overall, a good offer.

Good location near shops & night life. Room clean & bed comfy. Good value for money. Bar/restaurant next to hotel very nice. Didn’t realise at first this was part of hotel.
