The apartment is really nice with all the facilities we want like TV, air conditioner, kitchen, microwave and so on, we cooked a delicious meal at night and drink some wines.It is a really good hotel to accommmodate

10/10 for the amazing staff and easy to communicate via WhatsApp.
Room is comfortable with black out shutters and curtains.
Simple cooking facilities with a full size fridge which is useful for longer stays.
Shower pressure is great and airconditioner works well. Windows which can be opened provides fresh air.
Restaurants, cafes, bakeries (including a 24hr one), supermarkets and bus stop are all within walking distance.
Location is in Zemun which is about a 35 minute free bus ride to the city of Belgrade and 15 minutes car ride to the airport.

The room was excellent—modern, stylish, and very well equipped. Everything I needed was provided, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The space was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I would happily stay here again.

The room is new and well maintained. Have coffee and tea available which was enough for a short layover stay as I intend in belgrade. Also quite neighborhood.

Excellent location, very clean and modern place to stay, perfectly quiet yet within 15 minutes of the city centre. So many local cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who welcomed us at reception spoke perfect English and was so polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Having stayed in hotels in many countries, this is the first time I've felt compelled to complain. The hotel advertised itself as 'tranquil,' and I assumed that just meant it was a bit out of the way or far from riverside attractions. However, I never expected it to be so noisy! The windows aren't soundproof at all, and even with earplugs, I could hear all sorts of vehicles throughout the night. The curtains also let in light, and the noise from the next room was incredibly loud.

We stayed in The Residence 59 for a week. The apartment is quite spacious and cozy. There is a nice supermarket nearby, lots of bakery’s and a bus stop. I highly recommend this place!

We booked this room as an extension for one night. Everything was clean, although the dishes and floors could have been washed more thoroughly. For a longer stay, this room #20 is not suitable as it does not have a washing machine, although we were informed that all apartments are equipped with one.The location is convenient, everything is nearby: bus/railway stations, cafes and stores
