The location of the hotel is great, super close to Knez Mihailova and Kalemegdan. Our room was so clean and the bed was super-comfy. The ambiance of the hotel is so cool and cozy, you can hang out and make new friends at the hotel bar & terrace. The staff was so nice and friendly, especially Milos is a hero, he remembers every detail about the guests! Definitely, we will stay here again, a must-go one.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the shopping mall and right on Mihai Street. Shopping, walking to the fortress, Danube river cruises and other attractions are not far away. Walking is easy and stress-free. There are also supermarkets and drug stores in the mall. I like the design style of the hotel, especially the public areas and restaurants, which are full of vitality. The only two things I am dissatisfied with are: the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the carpet looks very dirty and I found a cigarette butt on the carpet when I arrived in the room on the day of check-in; the toiletries are very rudimentary and only a small piece of soap is used for bathing and washing hair. . The breakfast buffet is okay, there are all continental breakfast categories. You have to squeeze the juice yourself with a juicer and peel the fruit yourself. It is a bit laborious to squeeze a cup of orange juice hahahahahaha; you need to ask for coffee at the bar. It is a self-service service, and the restaurant staff is basically responsible for collecting used tableware. Maybe they really want to create that kind of free, casual and uninterrupted dining experience. One thing to say is that having breakfast outdoors is really chill👍

We stayed 4 nights at the Mama Shelter Belgrade and had a wonderful time! The hotel is very central, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the bar/restaurant area is lively and fun. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Belgrade. Special thanks to Alexander at the front desk!

Had Lunch at Terace. The crew was easy going food exelent. Kids liked it. There was enouph place for stroller. With parking on ground floor perfect place for easy meal in town center with kids. Everybody liked table football so we have had a lot of fun.

I was advised by a friend to visit this restaurant. It was amazingly decorated with sofas and a big variety of food. The music they played was a bit loud and . Our server was beautiful, welcoming, advised us what to order. The food was delicious and abundant.

We loved the atmosphere and we loved the hotel ! Great location , very easy to reach, near to everything ! We really appreciated the kindness of all the workers at the hotel and at the restaurant ! The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was great and the restaurant is absolutely top level! The super minimal fitness room is maybe the only minus for a beautiful hotel family friendly!!!

Hotel Mama Shelter is located in the heart of Belgrade in a pedestrian area and all important sites are in walking distance. The service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are new and well maintained. It’s a good hotel if you come to Belgrade!

Perfect location near to all the attractions of Belgrade. The hotel is well designed and they think on every detail. The room was excellent, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the roof restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly and gave excellent service. The hotel is more then recommended.

It was crazy, they knew before i was orderng what i want. Amazin. I was here with 6 friends, and they liked it a lot like me. When we will be back here in Serbia in Belgrad we will be bacl here, the rooms are very clean and wonderully made and it it very spacousr

Mama is different in many ways, relaxed and easy going but still very good quality. Rooms were very nice, bed and pillows super comfortable. Location is very good, a lot of.bars and restaurants, close to riverside and fortress. Staff very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety, only downside that there is no normal filtered coffee, you have to order each cup which is not ideal for heavy coffee drinkers :) .. When checking out check your bill, we had extra items on our bills (like parking and we did not even have a car...)

Not sure what is going on with restaurant but this is not Mama Shelter Belgrade that I know. Restaurant is on a fantastic location, very nice design with good food and decent service for high price. We went for breakfast, service was horrible, food was missing on the buffet, many items not available, waiters not cleaning tables, no interest in guest, talking between themselves. Coffee was excellent thou. Sorry, but you lost one guest.
