The aircondition was set to to high themperature, and not possible to adjust from within the room. I got a room without window.
Music was playing 24/7 in the hallway and kept me away all night, and the staff was unwilling to turn it off, even after repeated requests, both at daytime and in the middle of the night.

Rather odd hotel. Good central location and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Very traditional Austrian/German style decor makes it seem for old people. Then bizarrely at breakfast we had loud punk/heavy metal music pumped out over breakfast at 7.30am. Just weird.

I not understand,but hade this problem few times.
It’s incorrect communication a booking service with hotel.
I made reservations for one type of room but manager seeing other type…..

Pros:
- Centrally located
- Good breakfast
- Clean rooms
Cons:
- Only one small elevator
- Poor room service (cleaners may enter your room even with a sign "do not disturb" and early in the morning)
- Some equipment in gym is not working
- Staff's English language knowledge should be improved

The room was nice. Very clean and modern looking. The location is great. The outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone .
