Facilities: Most basic amenities are available.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean.
Environment: For the price, it's really too small! A bit cramped.
Service: Mostly smiling service! Breakfast is the same every day, and it's hard for a Chinese palate to get used to.

The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. The location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient with check-in. The hot water in the bathroom was stable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will prioritize choosing this hotel again for future trips.

Wonderful hotel, close to the city center. It's a 35-minute taxi ride from the airport, or an hour on the 72 bus. The hotel staff are always ready to help, and the business lunches are delicious. The hotel itself is fantastic! The room has everything you need.

The hotel's location is superb, right near Republic Square – you can even see it from the window! It's a short walk to Knez Mihailova Street, and there are bus stops, a supermarket, and plenty of souvenir shops nearby. The famous '网红' (internet-famous) cream puff shop isn't far either, making it very convenient for daily life.
The staff are all very friendly and offer service with a smile, which is great. My only minor comment is that the souvenirs sold at the front desk are a bit pricey, but that little sheep is so cute!
