This hotel is well-located in Belgrade, not too far from the city center, and it's a huge plus that you can reserve a parking spot if you're traveling by car.
The staff are lovely, the room is spacious, well-insulated, and the bedding is comfortable.
The breakfast is just okay.
It offers good value for money 👍
The only minor drawback is that there's no elevator if you're staying in the annex, and the stairs can be quite a climb.

The location is fantastic, very close to several bus stops and attractions. There's a supermarket and restaurants right outside. Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities are still pretty good, and the new building is especially comfortable. The breakfast selection is decent, and the coffee is delicious.

Beautiful hotel and close to all the main attractions for guests. We walked mostly on foot. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

It was very dirty, they changed our room but the other room had bloodstains. We booked it thinking it was a 4-star hotel but they gave us a room in the 3-star section. We couldn't sleep comfortably, there were no amenities and it was very small. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The location of the hotel is really good because it is walking distance of all the things that you would want to see and the hotel staff are very nice too

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, it is clean and breakfast is good with a variety of choices. There is a gym you can use anytime, you just need to ask for the key at the reception. Rooms are small (economy in the adjacent building) but comfortable, I would only suggest they add a kettle for tea/coffee.

For economy rooms they have separate building and for superior rooms they are accomodating inside hotel building which was really surprising for me. They should mention this point prior to booking.
Otherwise staff was good n accomodating.
