The terrible experience:
1. big dark cockroaches run everywhere
2. no pleasant welcoming
3. took a 7€ tax fee on check-in
4. Hour on the bus to the center of Belgrade, no straight bus line to/from airport (need 2-3 buses)
5. Dilapidated furniture and all in common
6. Not speaking English or other languages, only Serbian.
Pros:
1. Cheap.
2. Quite big apartments with kitchen and cable TV (mostly Serbian), and huge balcony

The owner is very nice. It seems like he tries to keep the rooms clean. The courtyard is well maintained and beautiful. The 20€ one way airport shuttle seems expensive considering the distance.
There was murky water in the kettle. It felt like it had been a while since a guest had stayed in that room.
Our room was on the second floor in the back building, but the wifi didn't work. We had to go down to the first floor to connect. Very inconvenient.

The room is not bad. Although it is in a rural area, it is very convenient to go to the city, and the 707 bus goes directly there.

It is a homestay with inner and outer rooms suitable for families. There is a shortage of parking spaces at the door. There are no good places to eat nearby. There is a Chinese supermarket but there is not much food. I bought some instant noodles and a bite at the bakery opposite.
