It's a mistake to try to cancel the reservation and they didn't cancel it. For reasons of destination, we couldn't board the plane and it was impossible for us to arrive, but we entered the cancellation request before the check-in time.

Nice hotel but stayed during construction so very noisy earl in the morning. Nice big beds and rooms. Gym pool breakfast buffet and restaurant at hotel.

Great hotel. The front desk and all staff are fantastic. We have stayed 5x at that hotel. Food, service, rooms, and the pool and gym are excellent. You can not find a better hotel.. try the gift shop excellent for those last-minute gifts. Date April 2024

I booked ahead time with the hotel to pick us up at the water taxi terminal. They were over an hour late even though I told them the time and the hotel was only 15 minutes away. We kept calling and the front desk kept telling us the taxi was on the way. After numerous calls and over an hour later we got our own taxi. Once we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk lied and said the taxi from the hotel saw us get in to the other taxi and they were waiting for us. I responded no I looked around before we go into the other taxi and there were no other cars or people that pulled into the area. After I said that she did not say anything because she knew it was a lie. The property was fine, the room decor was very dark and felt dated but was clean. The front desk staff were not very helpful and a few people working there had an attitude when we were trying to book a taxi.

We booked rooms for 2 different nights, arriving and departing Belize, because it was close to the airport. First night, our room was next to the bar, drunks screaming songs until 2 am. Second night, they had given our room to someone else and sent us to another hotel downtown. They promised to send a shuttle to take us to airport but they didn't show, even after we called them. Almost missed our plane!
