The Greens II at Bella Vista Village

The good: manager and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is spacious. If you play golf, or ride a bike, this is paradise. Good selection of places to eat nearby, good hiking, nearby points of interest. Bad: the furniture was outdated (to the point the LR furniture was uncomfortable to sit in at all.)

The decor was a little dated but everything was clean and functional. We had a two bedroom unit and I really liked how the "kids" room was on the other side of the unit and had its own door and bathroom. It was basically two units in one. We used the text/call option to check in and out so we never went to the office or even found where it was but the few interactions we had with the staff were positive. To sum it up the staff is pleasant, the location is close to tons of stuff, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. We are planning another stay with them next year.

Old outdated 80s unit charges and extra daily fee for no reason but expect to see it on your credit card and in the small hidden prints on page 18. It is kept perfectly clean by underpaid housekeepers they can't manage to keep employed (try giving them a raise!) And the grounds are SPECTACULAR kept top notch by TWO groundskeeper maintenance guys. They not only keep the plave looking great but have to do double time to keep up with the outdated everything there. Appliances, etc. This would be 5 stars except for greedy management nickel and diming you and not passing it down to the employees. I would NEVER go again for these reasons. Finally - every morning before 9 AM we were awakened with people at the door ringing the bell for various reasons including timeshare exit strategy company $$$

We couldn't get our messages to the resort; we needed answers before we checked in, but they never received TWO messages I left for them. Others complained of the same problem. And the coffee pot was dirty, and so was the dining room floor.

Unit was large, clean, outdated but well kept. Beds great. Kitchen fully equipped. Lots to do in the vicinity. Maintenance quick to respond. Could use some grounds updating, more flowering shrubbery, etc. Overall a great place to spend a relaxing week. .

Group of 6 friends stayed for 3 days in this beautiful nestled resort on the bank of a river and on the edge of a golf course. Spacious unit. Easy access to Bentonville . Tons of trails around the property. All of my friends enjoyed the stay. We will go back again.

Location is amazing. So close to so many trails, fishing, and top notch parks. Units are outdated, but still very functional. Furniture is in need of replacement and/or cleaning. Needs basic maintenance inside and out for 4 stars. 5 stars if there was actually anyone working at the resort. Management is non existent here.
