The floor was noise, not pot to make hot water, and would have appreciate more complementary free bottles of water. Plus noisy on the weekends for the restaurant that is close at the hotel and offers musical shows until midnight!

What a hotel! We were absolutely blown away by how lovely this hotel was - especially for the price. The staff were just lovely - so helpful!! The room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the lake so the views were amazing. The plumbing wasn't amazing but the building is clearly old and therefore its understandable. The location was perfect.

Worst bed I’ve ever had at a hotel. Two twins pushed together, and both mattresses were hard and sloped. There was no way to get comfortable. On top of that, the bedding (in March, when the evening dropped to 8 degrees C/47ish F) was a top sheet and a light “blanket” which was more of a decorative, embroidered piece of fabric than any blanket I’ve used. Rooms gather all the noise from the hallways, and there’s no way to control the temperature in your room. We left after our first night there (we’d booked two nights, and couldn’t get a refund) because we couldn’t fathom staying longer in such an uncomfortable room.

Hotel was near the lake and the dock. Front was excellent but the hallway was falling apart.Dirt in all corners and saw a sentipeds in the lift.The female receptionist is not welcoming.I ask if my friwnt can come to wash her face in my room she said only 5 minutes.My friend can be a potential customer ad they are coming back to bellagio with family next few months but not happy with the female receptionist.The male receptionist is more helpful and explained about out stay in the hotel. Thenproperty needs looking after its looks like its flling apart.
