Мы провели в этом замечательном отеле несколько дней. Впечатление от отеля самое хорошее. Расположение - прекрасное, чистота и порядок в номере, отличный персонал. Wi-fi работает быстро. Очень рекомендую этот отель всем туристам, приезжающим в Белладжо.

Great value and friendly staff. Offers convenient parking at fair prices. If we return we will pick the same hotel again. The breakfast was of good quality and their coffee was excellent. The hotel is well located in the heart of Bellagio. Close to everything you want to see and experience.

Bed and pillows superb- instant coffee offered in room, hike up stairs but to be expected, travel light. Umbrellas offered if needed. Breakfast offered many options but no bacon or scrambled eggs, you can boil your own. Cappuccino offered if not, then coffee and steamed milk available- would stay here again. Lots to do but plan on going up and down several stairs

The hotel is a real classic. Located in Bellagio on the lake the suite was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained, presented perfectly and staff are outstanding. Standards are very high and consistently well managed. It is one of my best experiences in the area. I look forward to my return.

Here you are right in the very heart of Bellagio. Easy access to the ferries and the lake. If you like being in the center of the action, you will love this hotel. As with most things in Italy, you must be able to climb some stairs up to the hotel. The beds are comfy and the place is clean. The staff are also very friendly.

La habitación es la más cómoda, el lugar inmejorable, el desayuno es basto y en un lugar muy lindo. Te preparan el café que prefieras. El personal siempre fue muy amable y nos facilitaron dejar nuestro equipaje unas horas más después del check out para que pudiéramos disfrutar un poco más nuestra estancia. En verdad estamos muy contentos de habernos alojado en este hotel.

Location, staff and breakfast were great. Rooms are spacious and clean with wonderful lake views. Would highly recommend overall. Only complaint was we were told A/C was not operating with the season and open up the windows. We did, but even so, when the drapes are closed, little airflow and room was overly warm which made sleeping for us harder.

A perfect place to stay with an excellent staff and location! Likely one of the best stays that I have experienced. The thoughtfulness and courtesy of everyone we encountered during our stay was exceptional. The room was very nice with fantastic views and a very comfortable bed!

Si je dois décrire cet hôtel en 3 qualités ce serait: Un service de qualité, Une vue époustouflante et une hygiène irréprochable. Très impressionnés par les nombreuses langues parlées par le personnel. La literie est magique, nous avons eut l'impression de dormir sur un nuage. Nous pensons y retourner pour notre voyage de noces.
