staff is great, good location, old school property so don't expect modern luxury upgrades. Bathroom very old school.

Depending on what you seek, this could be an ideal fit. Well located a short walk from the waterfront, but ticked back into a neighborhood with simple but good small spots for food and beverages. And, the right price. Closed offseason after October 15.

Questo hotel ha sicuramente un paio di punti di forza: la pulizia e il proprietario, estremamente gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza era vecchiotta, con un piccolo balcone, adatta per passarci un paio di notti come nel nostro caso, ma forse non per trascorrerci un'intera settimana. Comunque era dotata di televisione e aria condizionata. L'hotel è a ridosso dei binari del treno ma i vetri isolano molto bene e non si viene disturbati più del dovuto. Buon punto di appoggio per chi decide di prendersi una pausa a Rimini.

The hotel is basic but wonderful! Our room had double bed and bunk beds, wardrobe, fridge, safe, desk, chair, patio doors into a balcony with two chairs - blackout blinds - air conditioning. Bathroom was small and like a wet room - toilet and shower in sane area - space worked fine though We had breakfast which is just meat and cheese, croissant, yoghurt, cake and juice. If you don’t want 5 star then this is a perfect place. Manager Salvadore is just fabulous - so helpful and very friendly - I would defo recommend a stay here - very close to everything for access to beach and bus routes -
