Traveling do to work. I originally book one day because that’s what I needed at that time. Job was extended, so I ask to extend stay. I look online and at other vendors and both had rooms available however front desk told me that didn’t. So I just booked another room online and ask can I just keep same room. This would have not only been convenient to me but also one least room housekeeping had to clean. After calling back a few time I was able to keep same room! Why do people have to make simple situations so difficult. Horrible customer service! Or maybe lack of training.
