The room was okay, and the attitude of the front desk was also very good. Since the flight time was late, late check-out service was also provided. However, the surrounding area was not very good. There was a ** smell around the hotel.

The staff that worked with me were incredible! Lovely people! My room (a deluxe room, by the way... I can only imagine the regular rooms) was awful. The bed was HANDS DOWN the worst bed I've ever "slept" on. To the point that I slept on the floor with my feet elevated one of the nights just so I could actually get some sleep. The pillows were filled with a single napkin, I assume. Incredibly flat. The microwave kept beeping at me all night. All in all it was legit one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed at.
But again, I cannot stress this enough, the staff was very friendly and a delight to work with.
