I had a red eye flight and got In at 5am. When booking they said I’d need to rent the room for the previous night to stay. The hotel was not full being a Tuesday. So I rented the room. I requested a late checkout and was given only until noon! They have room rates at the desk that said $76 for a room and I paid 87 through the trip this app. I asked how much to stay untill 4. They wanted to charge me another day at the $87 room rate. I realize there are rules they need to follow. Customer service is extremely lacking. The maid knocked repeatedly at my door with the do not disturb sign on the door plain to see. So I was woken up 2 hours before I was due to checkout. Nothing was done for disturbing me and only after 4 hours of sleep. It was clean, grounds look nice but don’t expect any customer service. I am sitting on a bench in front of the property as my family cannot pick me up until 4. Did not use any amenities.
