Everything was great! Very clean,great service. I’d go back there again!

Customer service was very good and friendly. Very helpful. Room smelled like mildew and mold. Shower looked under repair and shower floor surface was rough and sharp from what looked like some repair material. In-room phone didn’t work so had to keep going back and forth to the office desk when I needed assistance. (Also yes, used my cell phone) refrigerator never got cold and my food spoiled, what didn’t spoil carried the stench smell of what ever smelled bad in the fridge from before I got there. Air from the HVAC unit also smelled like it was pumping out mold. Very disappointed and feel bad for those who work there. Everyone was very friendly and tried to keep it cheerful.

There was black mold in my room. The room smelled of **** and must. The ‘free breakfast’ is mysterious muffins a pancake machine that doesn’t work and a juice machine that doesn’t work. The carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black.

I only stayed for one night for a layover before my cruise. The room was very big! Great value for your money. It was also clean. There was a couch and a huge bed. A bath and a lot of space to walk in, which was nice. There were quite a lot of sketchy and big spots on the mirror, bath, floor and ceiling. And we all need to stop calling a bag with an apple and an energy bar “breakfast included”. That’s not breakfast.

BEWARE!!! Don’t book here!!! Girl at front desk was not at all friendly. We were early to check in since we just returned from our cruise. And not to mention the website stated that shuttle service was included in the resort fee. Upon arrival I asked what their shuttle service hours were and she told me they don’t have shuttle service! We needed shuttle service since we had to be at the airport at 3am. We asked for a refund since website was wrong. She abruptly said no refund!!!! And told us to call Hotwire to get refund. So I called Hotwire and then they call the hotel front desk and received the same “No refund” response. We left hotel property and booked a room at Double Tree which offers 24 hour shuttle service and not mention was much cleaner and Double Tree front desk was very friendly!!!!! In the future I will double check with any hotel to make sure the amenities they list are correct! That was a pricey lesson to learn! Especially since it was the hotels fault and not mine for misleading information on their website!!!

The first front desk attendant was pleasant and got us into our room early which we appreciated. The carpet in our room was DISGUSTING and left our white socks filthy on the bottoms. The linens appeared to be clean as well as the bathroom, but there was a rusty,nonfuntional, toilet paper holder in the bathroom that needed to be replaced. The toilet paper roll was sitting on the tank of the toilet which was not very handy. The water was lukewarm at best the first day, and the second morning it didn't warm up at all so we couldn't use the shower. The phone didn't work and when we inquired we were told they are in the process of changing all the phones. We have since seen in other reviews that has been the story for some time. The icing on the cake was when we discovered there was no shuttle available to take us to the airport early in the morning. I guess we will never again assume that a hotel close to the airport does not have a shuttle. On a positive note, Kimberly at the front desk hooked us up with a very reliable taxi driver who was prompt and very accommodating. It was an expensive taxi ($40 tip) ride of less than 10 minutes. We have had positive experiences at Days Inn in the past, but this location was a disappoin**ent. L & P ON, Canada
